The Tonic Store uses Australia Post for all deliveries. We find this to be a safe and secure way to monitor parcels at any time. It is advisable that there is someone present at the delivery address you give us, as a signature is required. If you are not there to sign for your products a reminder will be left in your mail box for you to collect your goods from the nearest Post Office specified.
International freight will be calculated depending on location and weight. We will contact you with the amount to confirm before processing your order if the amount exceeds AUD$50.

We hope you are happy with your purchases, however if for any reason you wish to exchange or return a product we will accept returns subject to the following conditions:
- You must return the product in its original, resaleable condition including the packaging within 2 days of receipt.
- We need a copy of your receipt
We will credit your return using the same method of payment but excluding the incurred freight charges.
If the goods are faulty, damaged or not as originally ordered, we will credit your return using the same method of payment including incurred freight charges.
Damaged goods must be returned within 7 days and notified in writing within 24 hours of receipt. - Ordering

At the Tonic Store we have credit card facilities for Mastercard and VISA. To use your credit card you can proceed through the shopping cart, selecting your purchases to the check out where you submit your details. Your order is then processed and the transaction completed and submitted.
- Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled by calling Tonic on 03 9523 1377. However, orders cannot be cancelled once the order is in transit to the customer's premises. In these circumstances, customers must accept the order upon delivery.
- Product Images
- Tonic aims to include up-to-date product images of selected goods on the website.
- Changes
- Tonic may add to, remove or change anything on this website, from time to time.
