When will my order be shipped?

We endeavor to despatch all orders within 1-2 working days. More information can be found on our shipping page.

Where is my order shipping from?

Tonic ships all orders from Melbourne, Australia.

Can I collect my order?

At this time we do not offer click and collect for orders.

My order is a gift and I don't want my receiver to know the price - will it be in the parcel?

We don't include invoices in our parcels with pricing details. If your order is a gift, we also offer a message service at checkout so you can include a card.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please email us info@tonic.net.au and we will do our best to assist. If your order is already in the packing queue, changes and cancellation may not be possible so please check your order carefully before completing it.

I’ve received my order and there’s a problem!

In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your Tonic order please email us info@tonic.net.au or call +61 3 9523 1377 explaining the situation and we will be happy to assist. We recommend opening your parcel as soon as you receive so any issues can be solved without delay!

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped you will be emailed a shipping confirmation with a tracking link that will direct you to the Australia Post website for information.

If you selected Courier Service, you will be emailed a tracking number and a link for the tracking home page where this number can be entered.

Please contact us via email info@tonic.net.au with any tracking concerns and include your order number for investigation.

The item I want is sold out – can you tell me when it’s back?

You can sign up for alerts on sold out items via the product page. An email will be sent to you when the item comes back into stock.

How do I heat my heat pillow?

Place your heat pillow in the microwave, ensuring turntable is clean. Heat on high for 1 minute, turning half way through to prevent hot spots. If further heating is required, repeat in 20 second increments until desired temperature is reached. Do not heat for more than 2 minutes continuously.
Not suitable for use in flatbed microwaves.
To use as a cooling pillow, place in refrigerator until desired temperature is reached. 

Can I wash my heat pillow?

Due to the barley filling all heat pillows should be carefully spot cleaned only with a lightly damp cloth. The barley filling cannot get wet. More information on product care can be found HERE.

What is my cosmetic bag made of?

Materials information can be found on each product page via the Materials & Care tab.

Our signature printed cosmetic bags are made from cotton coated with PVC for protection from water.
