Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 there have been delays with Australia Post deliveries both within Australia and with international deliveries that are unfortunately beyond our control. We recommend allowing longer for your Tonic delivery to arrive.
Australian Orders
Tonic orders are sent using either Australia Post eParcel Shipping or a Courier Service with Direct Freight.
Please ensure your delivery details are correct & include apartment numbers and any other relevant information. Please include the business name, if shipping to a business.
Australia Post
All Australia Post deliveries require a signature. If no one is in attendance your parcel will be taken to your local post office for collection.

Orders $60 and over - FREE Standard Shipping via Australia Post
Orders below $60 - $11.00 Standard Shipping via Australia Post
All Orders can also be sent via Australia Post Express - $16.50
Courier Service
We are pleased to offer a courier service via Direct Freight as an alternative to Australia Post within Australia.
This service does not require a signature – your parcel will be left if there is no one in attendance.
The following shipping rates apply for courier service delivery :
Orders $60 and over - $10.00
Orders below $60 - $15.00
International Orders
For our International Shipping, we use Australia Post. Pricing is applied to your Cart Totals.

At Tonic we endeavour to post your items as quickly as possible and as safely as possible.

After your order has been fulfilled, a confirmation email will be sent to the address you provided. (Please check your junk mail if you do not receive this email). This email will provide you with an Australia Post or Direct Freight tracking number.
Shipping can be tracked, both in Australia & overseas. Please note a signature may be required upon delivery for Australia Post. Direct Freight shipments do not require a signature.
Generally, all products will be dispatched within 1-2 working days and we will always attempt to ship your order within this estimated period. If the expected delivery period for your requested product(s) is significantly longer than estimated, you will be contacted and will have the opportunity to cancel your order.
Orders placed after 10am on Friday and over the weekend will not be processed until Monday.
All due care is given with packing your item to ensure a safe delivery.

Goods may be returned if found to be delivered faulty or there was an error in delivery.
If the product is found to be faulty it will be replaced and if we are unable to replace it a credit will be issued. Please contact us via the contact page or at www.tonic.net.au before returning item(s) and let us know the invoice number and reason for your return.
Please choose your Tonic product carefully. We endeavour to provide as much detail in our descriptions as possible, however, please feel free to contact us if you have any queries about a product. If you do change your mind, please contact us to discuss an alternative.
Face Masks cannot be returned due to change of mind.
Items must be returned in the condition of which they were received, and all packaging must remain intact.
Items being returned because of a change of mind will be shipped at the customers cost.

We do not offer gift wrapping, however we do have specially curated Gift Packs that come in beautiful Tonic gift boxes or 100% cotton gift bags.
